Appointments

To make an appointment, you need to contact one of our offices. You should have a referral slip from the referring doctor when you call. Under California law, no x-ray can be taken unless you have a prescription from your referring doctor. Some basic information will be needed before an appointment can be made:

• Referring doctor
• Requested procedure
• Patient’s name
• Patient's phone number
• Time and date you would like to come in

Walk-in appointments are often available.  Please call ahead, we can usually fit you in the same day or following day.

Please bring your referral slip with you at the time of your appointment.

Payment and Insurance

C-Dental X-Ray and McCormack Dental Imaging, ask for payment at the time of service. Payment can be made by Cash, Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) and Check. We do not have contracts with any insurance providers other than Kaiser Permanente of Northern California (requires pre-authorization). We assist with the filling of insurance claims.  All insurance payments will be made to the patient directly from the insurance carrier.

Dosage Information

C-Dental and McCormack Dental imaging centers are completely digital. There is a significant reduction in radiation for full mouth x-rays. Additionally, our volumetric scanner, the NewTom3G, offers the lowest dose available while providing superior image quality.
